Social Welfare Department Quetta Jobs 2025 – KUMAK Program
The Balochistan Persons with Disabilities Support Fund (KUMAK), a special initiative of the Government of Balochistan under the Social Welfare Department, has announced multiple job vacancies in Quetta. This program is aimed at empowering persons with disabilities (PWDs) by addressing their financial, educational, technical, and social needs.
Available Positions:
- Finance Manager
- MIS Officer
- Procurement Officer
- Monitoring & Evaluation (M\&E) Officer
- Media & Communication Officer
- Account Assistant
- Data Entry Operator
- Office Boy
- Naib Qasid
- Driver
Qualification & Experience:
- Finance Manager: Master’s in Finance/Accounting (ACCA/CA/CMA preferred) + 5 years relevant experience.
- MIS Officer: Master’s in Computer Science/IT + 3 years experience in MIS.
- Procurement Officer: Master’s in Public Administration/Social Sciences + 3 years procurement experience.
- M\&E Officer: Master’s in Social Sciences + 2 years experience.
- Media & Communication Officer: Master’s in relevant field + 3 years experience.
- Account Assistant: B.Com / M.Com + 3 years experience.
- Data Entry Operator: Bachelor’s in Social Sciences + 2 years experience.
- Office Boy: Matric (Physically fit).
- Naib Qasid: Literate (Physically fit).
- Driver: Middle with LTV license + 3 years driving experience.
Terms & Conditions:
- All positions are on contract basis for one year (extendable upon performance).
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
- No TA/DA will be provided.
