Position: Regional Manager – Commercial Business & SME (AVP/VP)
Locations: Gwadar, Muzaffarabad, Bannu, Mianwali, Swat
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Minimum Graduation from HEC recognized institution (Master’s preferred).
Experience: At least 7 years in banking, including 3 years in a leadership role. Preference for Commercial/SME Banking experience.
Skills:
- Strong sales & interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations & lending products
- Proficiency in MS Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and meet Commercial/SME targets
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Prepare and evaluate credit proposals
- Monitor clients, identify risks, and ensure timely recovery
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Deliver quality service and support to customers
Employment Type: Contract (3 years, renewable)
